Please note that as this calculator potentially covers a wide range of lenders, it should not be referred to as an accurate guide for our Britannia exclusive which has its own salary multiples.

We now have access to 100% shared ownership mortgages. Customers can access zero deposit mortgages for part buy part rent but they must have no adverse credit history. More details here.
