Following the success of our spring event in April 2024 where we welcomed 3,450 potential purchasers to our 19th live event, we are excited to announce that the London Home Show will be return this autumn.

If you are looking to get on the property ladder in London and the Home Counties, then this is the event for you! Whether you’re right at the start of your journey and finding everything a little confusing, or you’re ready to start looking for that perfect home, the London Home Show can help.

Join us this autumn to speak to expert exhibitors, receive free financial and legal advice, attend informative educational sessions about Shared Ownership and the buying process, and get the lowdown on fantastic homes available for first time buyers. If you find a home you like, you can also register your interest there and then!

The London Home Show is FREE to attend and takes place at the QEII Centre in Westminster, 10am – 5pm. This is a ticket-only event, so you will need to register if you wish to attend.

Do I need a ticket to attend the London Home Show?

Yes, you will need to register to attend the London Home Show but don’t worry, tickets are completely free!

What can I expect on the day of the London Home Show?

At the London Home Show, you’ll be able to speak one-on-one with housing providers, receive free financial and legal advice from mortgage brokers and solicitors, and attend live first time buyer sessions and workshops.

You will also be able to check out hundreds of Shared Ownership homes, and learn about quality rental alternatives including London Living Rent.

Can I register in advance for sessions and workshops?

No, you aren’t able to book into sessions ahead of the London Home Show. Instead, tickets will be available for free at the Share to Buy stand during the event.

A full list of seminars including Ask the Experts: Shared Ownership 101 sessions, First Time Buyer Workshops and Affordability Workshops will be released closer to the event.
Can I learn about Shared Ownership at the London Home Show?

Shared Ownership is a part-buy part-rent scheme which allows eligible purchasers to buy a share in a new build or resale home, paying a mortgage on the percentage they own, and a reduced rent on the remainder.

The London Home Show Spring 2024 will host the leading suppliers of first time buyer homes, offering hundreds of Shared Ownership properties across London and the Home Counties.

Do I have to stay at the London Home Show all day?

No, the event will begin at 10am and end at 5pm but you are welcome to attend at any point during this time.
Can I bring children to the London Home Show?

Children are more than welcome at the London Home Show and don’t require a ticket on the day. However, they must be accompanied by an adult with a ticket at all times.
What are my travel options for the London Home Show?

The QEII Centre is ideally located in the heart of Westminster, meaning that there are plenty of travel options for those attending the London Home Show including mainline and underground stations, local parking (rates apply), disabled parking at the QEII Centre (limited availability, call the venue ahead to enquire) and bicycle stations.

What are the closest train and tube stations?

The nearest tube stations are a short walk away from the QEII Centre at St. James’s Park (4 mins), Westminster (5 mins) and Victoria (14 mins).

The closest mainline stations are Charing Cross (12 mins), Victoria (14 mins) and Waterloo (18 mins).
Will there be parking at the London Home Show?

There are no car parking facilities at the QEII Centre but there are several car parks within walking distance of the venue, including Q-Park Westminster which is a seven-minute walk away.

Blue badge holders are permitted to park on the QEII Centre forecourt free of charge. However, this is subject to availability so please call ahead to the venue to enquire.

Alternatively, the nearest blue badge disabled parking bays are located on Matthew Parker Street, Tothill Street and Old Queen Street.
