I love my flat because it's spacious and modern, with lots of storage space. The views are awesome (even across Winstanley - it's pretty in the dark).

The high ceilings are a real wow, as are the floor to ceiling windows in the lounge area. The flat is in a great location- right on the river, and walking distance from Battersea Square, Battersea Park, Wandsworth Common and Clapham Common.

The flat is really energy efficient, and my bills are really low. The under floor heating keeps the flat at a lovely comfortable temperature in the winter. It's great to have a secure bike storage - means that I can keep my bike out of the elements, safe and secure.

Being on the 4th floor, it's very peaceful - sometimes you can forget you're in London! It's about a 10 minute walk to Clapham Junction, which means you can get basically anywhere in London in under an hour, as well as trains out of the city.

The kitchen is beautiful and modern, brand new appliances, all fitted - including dishwasher. The washing machine is in the utility cupboard, which is nicer than having it in the kitchen! The bathroom is beautiful, and the underfloor heating and towel rail are fab.

Balcony is amazing - south-east facing, so a beautiful place to sit and have a morning coffee - or sunbathe in the summer. Communal garden is lovely and on the 3rd floor.
