I love my flat because it's so big and spacious (79 square metres/850 square feet!) and modern, with incredible double height ceilings and windows which make it really bright and airy. Everyone who comes to visit comments on this ‘wow-factor’. It is also really nicely laid out and that adds to the feeling of spaciousness. As does the duplex aspect which gives a sense of different living spaces – upstairs and downstairs.
It is attractively designed too and is on the footprint of the old factory of where they used to build Mini Coopers – so the style has been inspired by the Italian designer of the Mini -Issigonis.
The kitchen is also well laid out and has good worktop space. The fitted fridge and washing machine are brand new. There is lots of great storage in the kitchen too.
The community is very friendly here and comprises of young families and professionals.
