You may be eligible for London Living Rent property if:
- You currently work or live in London.
- Priority will be given to applicants who live and/or work in the development host Borough.

- You can provide one months’ rent in advance and one months’ rent as a security deposit, as well as the rent pro rata for the month during which you start tenancy
- You can demonstrate your ability to pay the rent and accumulate savings.
- The Madison apartment must be your primary residence and you do not own property either in the UK or abroad.
- You will have been employed on a permanent contract for at least 3 months.
- You are employed on a permanent contract or a temporary contract with 6 months remaining the original contract being issued for at least 12 months.
- You can supply 3 months payslips or, if self employed, you will be able to provide a full set of accounts for the previous tax year or SA302 form plus 6 monhts bank statements.
- You meet lenders general criteria to obtain mortgage funds.
- You have no history of rent arrears from previous property within the last 12 months or have not breached the terms of a tenancy agreement.
- You will not have any been subject to a County Court Judgement (CCJ) within the last 6 years or an Individual Voluntary Agreement (IVA).
