Your total household income must not exceed £90,000.

You must live or work in London

Each apartment will have a minimum income threshold determined by its’ rental value. As a rough guide monthly salary should be at least 2.5 times higher than the cost of the rent.  

You must be employed on a permanent contract or able to demonstrate a temporary contract with at least six months’ remaining with the original contract being issued for at least twelve months with a reasonable prospect of a contract extension.

You must meet the “Right to Rent” Criteria.

You must be able to pay one months’ rent in advance and 4 weeks rent as a deposit.

You must not own a home or you will have sold your current home before they rent.

You will have no history of rent arrears from a previous property or have breached the terms of a previous tenancy agreement.
