You must not:
Already own a property in the UK or overseas, or are in the process of buying a property.
Have a household income that exceeds £67,000.
Have adverse rental history, for example, rent arrears or damage to a property
Have a history of bankruptcy, county court judgements (CCIs) or Individual Voluntary Agreements (IVAs)
