Homes will be allocated in line with WelwynHatfield and St Albans' Local Priorities. These are (in order of priority) 1. First Time Buyers, 2. Existing Shared Owners, 3. Existing Owners. Irrespective of which Priority Group you meet, you must live or work in either Borough or have a close relative living in either Borough. Unless you are in, or have been in, eligible roles within the Ministry of Defence, in which case the local connection isn't required. You can add locations as 'My Places' and save them to your account. These are locations you wish to commute to and from, and you can specify the maximum time of the commute and by which transport method.
