The Elm Vale development is only due to complete in 2026. To register an interest, please choose either:
Affordable Rent – to rent a 2-bedroom bungalow or a 1-bedroom maisonette you will need to register your interest with Property Pool Plus, where homes will only be advertised about eight weeks before they are ready. You may need to check the portal on a regular basis once you’ve registered.
Shared Ownership – to buy a 2- or 3-bedroom shared ownership property, please complete the form below.
Extra Care – to rent a 1- or 2-bedroom extra care apartment, if you are aged over 55 and have a care need, please visit the Riverside website to register your interest.
Please note: Shares starting from 25% to 75%. The share available to purchase will be determined via each individual application and financial assessment. The minimum share we offer may vary during the sales period in line with Homes England guidance. Our marketing information will be updated accordingly if the minimum share changes.
