-Unable to afford a similar home in the local area through Shared Ownership or on the open market.
-Have the right to rent, proven by possessing British/EU/EEA citizenship or a valid UK residency visa.

You must not:

-Already own a property in the UK or overseas, or are in the process of buying a property.
-Have a household income that exceeds £67,000.
-Have adverse rental history, for example, rent arrears or damage to a property
-Have a history of bankruptcy, county court judgements (CCIs) or Individual Voluntary Agreements (IVAs)
-If you receive Housing Benefit or Universal Credit, your application will be considered on an individual basis.
