Services for Private Sellers

As well as working alongside Registered Providers, we also work with private sellers who are looking to sell their current Shared Ownership home.

For a one-off fee we can list your Shared Ownership property on our website for up to six months, no matter where in England your property is located.

Please note that we only offer a listing service; we do not take calls for you or act as an estate agent. Interested customers will be prompted to call you directly on the number you provide when registering your listing.

Transparent Affordability

One of the unique features of our property portal is that it displays clear and transparent affordability information on live listings, e.g. showing customers the likely minimum deposit they will need to put down for a property.
