(f) The applicant has a very specific reason why they need to live in the NRDA (for example severe social or medical needs; and/or

(g) Any other applicant as approved by the Unitary council (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed); and/or

(h) Any other criteria from time to time in force
