To be eligible to apply for a property on this scheme, you are required to evidence that a member of your household meets the Minimum Local Connection with the County of Cornwall. Coastline will need to be in receipt of the relevant evidence before an offer of a property can be made.
To meet the local connection criteria for this scheme, you will need to meet one of the following:
a) being permanently resident therein for a continuous period of at least 12 months immediately prior to the date of a Housing Application and that residence is of their own choice; or
b) having your place of permanent work (normally regarded as 16 hours or more a week and not including seasonal or casual employment) therein immediately prior to the date of a Housing Application.

Applications will be open for two weeks. During this time, our Sales Team will process applications on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to receiving a complete application.

The first 25% of homes allocated on this development are available with the full range of shared ownership purchase options (typically between 10% and 75%). Once 25% of the homes have been allocated, Coastline Housing may adjust the minimum share available on the remaining homes. This adjustment helps to ensure the development remains financially viable. As a result, the minimum share for later homes may increase.
The Mortgage People (TMP) may continue to take you through the financial assessment process; please be aware that your application may be declined if an adjusted minimum share is above your maximum affordability threshold once 25% of the homes have been allocated.
