Coastline are seeking applicants for 7 new-build, three bedroom homes on our development in Penzance. These are Rent to Buy homes, which means that successful applicants must be interested in purchasing their home.
Applicants must be able to afford to save towards the purchase of the home as well as pay their rent. Coastline will complete an affordability assessment upon all successful applicants.
Successful applicants will be selected on their ability to afford the rent, and save for the purchase of the home. Additional preference will be extended to applicants who are considered to meet a key worker definition. Successful applicants will need to meet a Local Connection criteria to Penzance.
Coastline will offer you a fixed term assured shorthold “Rent to Buy” tenancy.
You can add locations as 'My Places' and save them to your account. These are locations you wish to commute to and from, and you can specify the maximum time of the commute and by which transport method.
