You will need to be able to provide evidence that you meet the following requirements in order to be eligible for the Rentplus scheme:
1) Currently in work, training for a qualification or otherwise able to show how you will be able to buy the property at the end of the agreed rental period.
2) Have a household income of less than £80,000 per year.
3) No recent history of rent arrears, ASB or criminal convictions.
4) Willing and able to save for purchase costs and deposit during rental period, whilst paying rent and household expenses.

At the end of the agreed rental period it will be sold, with priority given to the tenant who will also be gifted a deposit equal to 10% of the sale price towards their purchase. The weekly rent is to be confirmed but will be no more than £126.58 per week, one month’s rent of £548.52 (TBC) will be required in advance.
