Paradigm Housing Group was set up in 1988 when Chiltern District Council transferred its 4,500 homes to a new organisation called Chiltern Hundreds Charitable Housing Association. We have grown and now own and manage more than 16,000 homes. We also provide a wide range of housing and support services.
We provide new homes for sale through shared ownership. From the day you find your dream home to the moment we hand over the keys, we aim to make your journey into home ownership as trouble-free as possible.
