To purchase a Shared Ownership home at Living at EdCity, you must first register with Hammersmith and Fulham Home Buy by creating an account. If you haven't already created one, please do so as soon as possible by copying & pasting the following link into your browser: https://www.handfhomebuy.org/choice/Login.aspx

Then click the Register Now tab to begin.

When creating your account, make sure to opt in for property alerts so you are notified once we advertise these properties on the Home Buy website.

Once your Home Buy account is activated, you can then log in. Once we advertise the Living at EdCity properties you should receive a property alert.

You must login and click on the advert to register your interest in it. This will ensure you are on the Hammersmith and Fulham Home Buy list of interested buyers.
