You may be eligible to purchase a Living at EdCity property if:
- You live or work in the borough of Hammersmith and Fulham
- You have a gross household income of no more than £90,000 per annum.
- You are unable to purchase a suitable home to meet your housing needs on the open market.
- You do not already own a home, or you will have sold your current home before you purchase.
As part of your application the affordability of this home will be assessed to ensure that you can afford and sustain the rental and mortgage payments.
To purchase a Shared Ownership home at Living at EdCity, you must first register with Hammersmith and Fulham Home Buy by creating an account. If you haven't already created one, please do so as soon as possible by copying & pasting the following link into your browser: https://www.handfhomebuy.org/choice/Login.aspx
Then click the Register Now tab to begin.
When creating your account, make sure to opt in for property alerts.
Once your Home Buy account is activated, you will receive an email and you can then log in to your Home Buy account.
Once we advertise the Living at EdCity you should receive a property alert. You should then login and click on the advert to register your interest in it. This will ensure you are on the Hammersmith and Fulham Home Buy list of interested buyers.
