Shared Ownership is a part-buy part-rent scheme which allows eligible purchasers to buy a share in a new build or resale home, paying a mortgage on the percentage they own, and a reduced rent on the remainder.

The London Home Show Autumn 2022 will host the leading suppliers of first time buyer homes, offering thousands of Shared Ownership properties across London and the Home Counties.
