* You can secure a mortgage or have funds to buy a share in the property
* You can afford to buy based on your individual circumstances and affordability assessment.
* Priority will be given to Armed Forces personnel (serving military personnel and former
members of the British Armed Forces discharged in the last 2 years) and will be offered on
on a first come first serve basis
