"I can't fault this flat! The location is amazing with quick trains into central London as well as countless bus connections. It offers a 24 hour on site concierge, onsite Tesco, free gym for residents, great local community feel (café downstairs, pub on the Battersea Reach complex) and big improvements made to Wandsworth Town high street over the past years with many cafes, restaurants. The flat itself stays warm in the winter (saving a huge amount on heating costs!) and cool in the summer. In building parking (paid for) but can be used by visitors. Being 2 mins from the riverfront is lovely all year round with lots of opportunities for riverside walks, runs and cycle rides. Lots of local activities including run clubs, paddle courts, pilates studios etc for those who are looking for an active local community. Feels very safe (moved in myself as a single female and was looking for that added security at the time)."
