A new show home has opened its doors today at Violet Cross, a new development of two and three bedroom homes in the village of Hazelbury Bryan, giving prospective buyers a window into affordable rural living.

The development is brought to market by Abri Homes and available via the government’s Shared Ownership scheme. The show home, which is available to view by appointment, allows interested buyers to get a feel for the three bedroom homes available on site which start at £101,500 for a 35% share.

The available homes at Violet Cross are all semi-detached or end-of-terrace and boast Symphony kitchens, open-plan living and dining areas, allocated parking spaces, and private turfed back gardens. Flooring is included and some homes also benefit from a garage.
