First Steps users

For customers in London opening a user account, your data will be the property of the Greater London Authority (GLA) and should the First Steps service be transferred to a new provider, your data would automatically be transferred to the new provider and your user account with Share to Buy would be deleted unless you actively chose to maintain it, or were using other services with Share to Buy Ltd via the user account.

We may also share your personal information with third parties:

  • In the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal information to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets, along with its professional advisers.
