Learn about the Shared Ownership scheme and developments in Kingston upon Thames, Lewisham and Hendon
Big success for Square Roots’ first development
The first Square Roots development, Square Roots Kingston, has now sold out after a hugely successful launch in February – with residents set to move into their new homes this September. Twelve reservations were made on launch day and the development has been so popular, that all its apartments sold in the following months. Since then, it has been nominated for Best Development at the First Time Buyer Awards, set to be announced in September, and recently won NHBCs Pride in the Job Quality Award.
There’s a reason why Square Roots Kingston has been such a hit with buyers. Nestled in a peaceful, tree-adorned neighbourhood, this thoughtfully planned, collection of 52 one, two and three bedroom apartments, features stylish design, integrating seamlessly into the landscape.
You may have missed out on Square Roots Kingston, but you can still enjoy the high-quality of our upcoming new build homes in Lewisham and Hendon.

Why Shared Ownership?
Shared Ownership is an affordable way to buy a home, enabling more people to get onto the property ladder without compromising on quality. Shared Ownership combines a deposit and mortgage on the percentage of the property you own (a minimum 25% share), and you then pay a subsidised rent on the remainder. You can live in your Shared Ownership property on your own, without having to raise a large deposit before purchase. Should you wish to, you’ll later have the option to ‘staircase’, which involves using your savings to purchase more shares of your property.
