London Home Show Sponsors: Catalyst and Peabody

Quiz Catalyst and Peabody at the London Home Show

On a mission to provide affordable housing and educate first time buyers on homeownership, leading housing association Catalyst will join with Peabody in April, to form one of the UK’s largest providers of homes for first time buyers.

Demonstrating their dedication to helping buyers onto the housing ladder, the team has launched ‘Quiz Catalyst’, providing an opportunity for buyers to get the answers they need about purchasing their first home. Guests at the London Home Show will be able to submit their questions to Catalyst located at stand 2, attend Catalyst’s Industry Workshop at 12pm or join the Ask the Expert Q&A Session, where Catalyst will be discussing Shared Ownership, at 3:45pm.

Ahead of the London Home Show, Joe Farrington, Senior Sales Manager at Catalyst, discusses how you can get involved with Quiz Catalyst at the London Home Show…

“At Catalyst, we have made it our mission to answer any questions that our customers have about the home buying journey. At the London Home Show, our sales team will be on hand to provide information on our range of developments across London and the surrounding areas, from studio apartments in West London, to four bedroom houses in Hertfordshire. Whether you’d like support on how to decipher a floorplan, understanding the reservations process or booking a tour of a show home, we’re here to help.

“I will also be taking part in an Ask the Expert Q&A Session, sharing details on Shared Ownership, before opening up the room for attendees to ask any questions.

“Finally, I and other members of the Catalyst team will be hosting an interactive industry workshop on ‘Understanding Shared Ownership: Is it for me?’. The 30 minute session will offer an opportunity to deep-dive into your own financial circumstances and ascertain whether the part-buy part-rent scheme is the best route on to the ladder for you.”

The London Home Show will give attendees the chance to find out more about homes available through Catalyst and Peabody. Helping more first time buyers get onto the property ladder than ever before, the leading housing associations are coming together to manage 104,000 homes and an exciting range of new developments across London and the South East. Customers can find the knowledgeable teams at stands 2 and 5 in the Britten Room.

Peabody and Catalyst are currently marketing a variety of developments in some of London’s fastest growing property hotspots, available through Shared Ownership and Help to Buy.
