In terms of flexibility, shared owners can staircase (buy a further share) and you can increase your share or become an outright owner through this process as and when you can afford to.

You can sell your home at any time after purchase and Notting Hill Genesis will be on hand to assist. If you own 100% of your property by the time of sale, you can advertise on the open market.
