L&Q: Have a November to remember

2023 has seen L&Q, one of the UK’s largest housing associations, help almost 1,000 households onto the property ladder, supporting buyers into their new homes across the country. Hoping to help even more customers onto the property ladder, this November L&Q has announced a range of incentives.

Kickstarting on November 1st, L&Q Shared Ownership customers who reserve before November 30th will receive their rent paid for up to six months at selected developments*, helping buyers settle into their new home

Hoping to support first time buyers across the country, L&Q has launched its November campaign across a variety of sites – ranging from contemporary apartments in every corner of the capital, through to stylish pads in sought-after commuter towns. Developments involved in the November incentive include:

L&Q at Kidbrooke Village

At this South East London development, buyers will receive their rent paid for up to six months* when reserving between November 1st and 30th. L&Q at Kidbrooke Village is a collection of one, two, three and four bedroom apartments and townhouses available exclusively through Shared Ownership. One of London’s newest urban villages, Kidbrooke Village offers 4,800 new homes as well as a brand-new onsite station, parks, shops, and leisure facilities for like-minded people to come together.

L&Q at The Silk District

Across the capital in Whitechapel, L&Q is also offering six months of rent paid* at L&Q at The Silk District – a collection of contemporary one and two bedroom Shared Ownership apartments in East London. What’s more, not only providing modern, light-filled homes, L&Q at The Silk District also offers an impressive range on onsite amenities to residents, including a private gym with high-spec Technogym equipment as well as a Peloton spin studio for high-energy spinning classes. A residents’ cinema and adjacent kitchen is also onsite for when residents are looking to wind down – or entertain guests – while a concierge is available 24 hours a day.

L&Q at Huntley Wharf

Further afield, L&Q is offering three months of rent paid at L&Q at Huntley Wharf, available on selected one bedroom homes. Situated on the banks of the River Kennet, L&Q at Huntley Wharf is a collection of one and two bedroom Shared Ownership apartments, which form part of a new urban district.

At the heart of the development, a central riverside plaza will be home to an array of new amenities, including a local store, nursery and gym, as well as beautifully landscaped podium gardens which are already open. Homes are ready to move into now, and come complete with modern interiors and most homes benefit from private outside space. L&Q’s stylish apartments are just a 10-minute walk from Reading station, where the Elizabeth line operates and journeys to Central London take just 25 minutes.
