United Kingdom

The UK comes in as the second most creepy hotspot in the world. Out of all the movies we analysed, 12 of the most terrifying villains from across the globe call the UK home. From Voldemort to Sweeney Todd – these villains successfully place the UK on the scary barometer!

Canada

Canada comes in at number three, and although it has far fewer villains than the US and UK, the ones it does have are sure to haunt your dreams. Any unsuspecting Canadian could be neighbours with Seth from The Fly or the Le Domas Family from Ready or Not.
