Jade Turnstill, Share to Buy’s Marketing and Communications Manager, has been shortlisted in the Judges Unsung Star category at the upcoming First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards.

Now in its 12th year, the First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards are some of the most acclaimed in the industry, offering an annual celebration of some of the many lengths that are gone to in order to help budding buyers onto the housing ladder. The awards ceremony, taking place in September 2021, will play host to politicians, journalists and a variety of representatives from industries that support first time buyers.

Shortlisted alongside nominees from Red Loft, Catalyst New Homes and SO Resi, Jade has been nominated for the Judges Unsung Star award. This award aims to recognise the outstanding contribution made by one individual to the first time buyer market, celebrating them for their innovative approach to helping first time buyers overcome the usual challenges faced in the sector.

Jade is always looking for new and innovative ways to support hopeful buyers, singlehandedly producing and starring in a series of informative ‘jargon busting’ videos, which have been viewed over 2,500,000 times since their inception. In the height of lockdown, Jade also became the face of Share to Buy’s new regular webinar series to help first time buyers on their homeownership journey.
