Subject to availability Folio London offer furnished and unfurnished homes. If you choose to have a furnished property, it will include:

Further Details

• Our standard tenancy terms are between 12 to 36 months.
• A Security Deposit equal to five weeks’ rent will be payable before moving in.
• References are conducted by a third-party provider Goodlord.
• Council Tax (Royal Borough of Greenwich) is to be paid separately by the resident.
• Heating & Hot Water are billed as a pre-paid utility, residents are required to set up a separate account. All apartments are installed with GURU Hub 2 smart meter.
• BT, Sky, Virgin & Freeview ports are installed in all apartments. These services are not provided by Folio London.
