Share to Buy’s free London Home Show event will return to the QEII Centre for its 11th year on Saturday 28th September 2024, 10am to 5pm.

Following the success of our spring event in April 2024 where we welcomed over 3,450 potential purchasers to our 19th live London Home Show, Share to Buy is excited to welcome budding buyers back to the capital this autumn.
In September 2024, Share to Buy is celebrating it’s 11th year of the London Home Show, a bi-annual affordable homes exhibition in Westminster, helping Londoners to navigate their way through the market and take their first steps onto the property ladder. The event will play host to the capital’s leading housing providers with exhibitors offering hundreds of homes available across London and the Home Counties, as well as free advice on home-buying schemes such as Shared Ownership, Discount Full Ownership, London Living Rent and other affordable housing options.
Sponsors of the event include some of the biggest names in affordable housing, so come along to meet Abri Homes, Aster Sales, FABRICA, L&Q, Legal & General Affordable Homes, NHG Homes, Peabody New Homes, Places for People, SO Resi, Southern Housing New Homes and Square Roots.
Throughout the day, there will be live Q&As and seminars covering everything from perfecting your credit score to understanding eligibility criteria, as well as affordability sessions, legal sessions and an array of other first time buyer workshops with industry experts. Independent mortgage advisors and conveyancing solicitors will also be on hand to offer financial and legal advice to anyone looking to buy their own home.
