Following the success of our spring event in April 2023 where we welcomed over 4,800 potential purchasers to our 17th live London Home Show, Share to Buy is excited to welcome budding buyers back to the capital this autumn.
In September 2023, Share to Buy will be celebrating 10 years of the London Home Show, a bi-annual affordable homes exhibition in Westminster, helping Londoners to navigate their way through the market and take their first steps onto the property ladder. The event will play host to the capital’s leading housing providers with exhibitors offering hundreds of homes available across London and the Home Counties, as well as free advice on home-buying schemes such as Shared Ownership, Discount Market Sale, London Living Rent and other affordable housing options.
Sponsors of the event include leading housing providers FABRICA, Guinness Homes, Legal & General Affordable Homes, L&Q, Notting Hill Genesis, Peabody, SO Resi, Southern Housing New Homes and Square Roots.
Throughout the day, there will be live Q&A sessions covering everything from perfecting your credit score to understanding eligibility criteria, as well as a selection of affordability seminars and first time buyer workshops with various industry experts. Independent mortgage advisors and conveyancing solicitors will also be on hand to offer financial and legal advice to anyone looking to buy their own home.
To date, the London Home Show has helped over 65,000 budding buyers on their journey to homeownership – and our upcoming exhibition could help you too! Want to know more? Hear from attendees at the London Home Show Spring 2023 below:
