Share to Buy Expert Sessions: Webinar with Peabody

Shared Ownership vs. Help to Buy webinar now available 

On Thursday 28th May 2020, we held the fourth instalment of our new webinar series – Share to Buy’s Expert Sessions. Shared Ownership vs. Help to Buy: Myth busting and what to look our for was hosted by Share to Buy’s Jade Turnstill, and Wesley Douglas and Brogan Cooper-Wilby from Peabody.

The session provided an overview of Shared Ownership and Help to Buy, the advantages of each scheme and busted some common misconceptions. The webinar then moved on to a live Q&A session with questions coming directly from the audience, covering everything from buying a Shared Ownership home with a friend, putting down larger deposits on a Help to Buy property, to choosing the right route based on the buyer’s individual needs.

Viewers were also given information about an incentive offering £500 towards a new home office set-up, available at select Peabody developments in London – Bridge East in Newham, Colindale Gardens in Barnet, The Gallery in Southwark and Patchworks in Islington!
