For those in London, there are maximum caps on income which means that your household must earn less than £90,000. The requirements also outline that purchasers cannot own any other properties and need to be a minimum of 18 years old.

An exception would be the income of children under 18 and any other household members whose residence in the home is unlikely to be permanent.

You are unable to purchase a suitable home to meet your housing needs on the open market.

Be a first time buyer, if you are indeed a current home owner we can consider your application if your property is under offer and is going through the legal conveyancing process, evidence of this will need to be provided.

You will need to be earning a guidance income of £73,500.You will need access to savings of at least £4,000 to cover the cost of buying the home. A minimum 10% deposit approx. £13,750.Total approximate savings required £17,750.

Important borough specific eligibility criteria

Enfield

All London applicants will be considered. However, those living and working in the borough of Enfield will be given priority

Applicants must be earning under £90,000 to be eligible for one, two and three bedroom apartments.

If you are an existing homeowner we will not be able to allocate you a home unless you have found a buyer for your existing home and are deemed to be in need of housing by your local council.

You will need to be earning a guidance income of £57,713 You will need access to savings of at least £4,000 to cover the cost of buying the home. A minimum 10% deposit approx. £12,500 Total approximate savings required £16,500

Important borough specific eligibility criteria

Lambeth

Applicants must be earning under £90,000 to be eligible for one, two and three bedroom apartments.

If you are an existing homeowner we will not be able to allocate you a home unless you have found a buyer for your existing home and are deemed to be in need of housing by your local council.

You may be eligible for this property if:

You have a gross household income of no more than £90,000 per annum when eligible to purchase.

Priority allocation will be given to applicants registered on Wandsworth Council Homeownership waiting list. Please provide your reference number.

You are unable to purchase a suitable home to meet your housing needs on the open market.

You do not already own a home or you will have sold your current home before you purchase or rent.

To purchase this 25% minimum share you will need an average Minimum Joint household income of £52,778 and available savings of £9,250 for a 5% mortgage deposit.
